Isn’t Anthony Mundine 50? This guy should have retired years ago.

Think they are both 43. Its actually a ppv event in Australia so no chance I'll watch. Hoping jwp gets the W

Mundine is actually a year Parr's senior at 44.
I think Mundine has a big edge in a boxing match. He's a multiple-time world champion with a 48-9 record against some of the best. While Parr's boxing record is 10-3 & he lost every time he stepped up in class. So, judging by that we're probably looking at a Mundine decision win. With the caveat that Parr can definitely punch as all ten of his boxing wins are via KO & he scored 45 Kos in his 99 kickboxing wins. So, he's a dangerous puncher & Mundine has a vulnerable chin.
I'm going to stick with my prediction of a Mundine decision but I've never liked him so I'm pulling for Parr to knock him out.

JWP retiring after boxing is fucking confusing and a little depressing.
I wish it was a Muay Thai fight but if this gets him a better pay day and a W then good luck Gunslinger

he said he's retiring after this but i believe he's lying here, since he wants revenge after his last bellator kickboxing fight where he lost a bs decision after his opponent hit him with 2 spinning elbows that never got seen by the ref, JWP wants to rematch that guy in muay thai haha. he'll retire after he hits 150 fights i think.

also this fight has gotten quite abit of publicity down under.

Jwp still looks very MT stance centric in recent footage. He does hit hard thou. Not sure if u saw the horn ko but it really didnt look that hard a shot. I think mundines chin is well and truly gone. Think they are dead even in the bookies. I certainly wont be betting on it.

This wouldn't be Parr's first false retirement and most fighters tend to have at least half dozen or so before they finally quit

Yes, sir, I saw the Horn fight & you're spot on. It really didn't look like that hard of a shot & Horn wasn't even that much of a puncher as a welterweight so it was surprising to see him score a KO that quickly. Therefore it would appear that Mundine's ability to hold a shot has diminished to nothing. So, if Parr is able to reach his chin he could finish him. Let's hope that's the case.

37 dollars is a little rich for my blood, even though I want to watch the Quinlan fight. As for Choc, he looked shot against the overly slick Jeff Horn (lol), so I fancy JWP, even though he's no boxer, there should be levels here, but I don't think we're gonna see that.

That was a great fight, they went hard at it from start to finish. Mundine is shot but Parr even at this age is still a machine and a pure warrior.
