McCain wants boots on the ground even in Syria , to ostensibly fight ISIS.

Putting boots on the ground in Iraq to fight ISIS I agree with but not in Syria. If we go into Syria , it will be another occupation clusterfcuk , with the US staying there for atleast a decade spending hundreds of billions trying to build up Syria , BUT it will probably turn into another Iraq.

ISIS is another excuse for McCain to get the US involved in a conventional war against Assad. NeoCons must be jerking off thinkin of the possibility of deposing Assad with US troops and demolishing Hezbollah/Iranian influence in the Levant.

This McCain ...
...good thing he didn't become President.

Jerusalem (AFP) - US Senator John McCain on Monday urged the deployment of international ground forces to combat jihadists in Syria and Iraq, as he toured the Middle East with a Senate delegation.

That dudes thirst for blood makes Dracula's look like a Perrier habit.

Admittedly, if McCain was president, we probably wouldn't have ISIS as we wouldn't have ridiculous foreign policy that led to the rise of this organization.

But yes, McCain is a ceaseless war monger who has no idea of how to not attack Middle Easterners we shouldn't be at war with (Shi'a powers).

Screw you, John. We should be working to unfuck ourselves from the Middle East, not stick our admittedly large dick back in the beehive.

McCain two years ago in Syria, posing with his jihadist buddies. These are the same group of people that kidnapped Western journalists and aid workers.

What is the plan stay there 10 years and accomplish nothing once again. Might as well fortify the defenses around there with the people there already. If you go there with the current reach and span of ISIS and friends you would need the whole world to dig holes and go through all the mountains and underground bases in order to beat them. I would say a rough estimate of 300 years will do it. :icon_lol:

Sure thing, John. But you go first, OK?

and what's his plan in Syria? fight both the IS and Assad? that would be brilliant

Re. McCain
There was an article some time back or it was something said by a TV personality about how the media can continue to get the opinion of someone who has been soo wrong soo many times.

my god, what is it with this guy and war. He'll he said we should also send troops into the Ukraine to deal with the rebels aka war with russia. He cant go one day with out wanting a war or bombing something.

We should really stop trying to fight wars on foreign soil without colonizing the land. If you're going to invade somewhere you should be forced to be serious about it long term.

Who's boots?

Obviously just the poor kids who go off to fight the rich man's war.

Why people join the military is beyond me.

...and bomb Iran too while you're at it no doubt.
What's John McCain's stance on Suadi Arabia, Pakistan, Yemen, Israel-Palestine, Egypt, Nigeria and the Ukraine? Let me guess...

Even if it weren't Isis, or if it wouldn't happen under his administration, the same scenario would happen eventually because we do nothing about Saudi Arabia. They fund mosque's around the world that preach extreme conservative (true) Islam. They create terrorists. That's what true islam is, terror. Woman can't go to school, stonings ect. We can't just pretend Isis is isolated. So between the U.S. blowing up the region and creating terrorists, and Saudi arabia funding fanaticism world wide, we can't just kill the problem away in Iraq and Syria.

If anything we should have left the secular Saddam in power, or not been playing power balance games in the region altogether.

What do you mean "true" Islam? Are you a Muslim?
