This guy really came out the winner of tonight's debate.

Moderate social views, amazing fiscal track record, and received nothing but compliments from his rivals. Its a shame he doesnt get attention.

Kasich and Jeb Bush really came out as winners.

If I was forced to vote Republican, Kasich would get my vote.

Thanks for telling us who you liked, we'll be sure not to nominate them.

Thanks for the reassurance, but no one was actually worried about the Republicans selecting a sane candidate.

We nominated the candidate liberals in the media wanted us to nominate in '08 and '12, the ones that 'only candidate with that could win' and 'reaches across the isle.' And they both lost, just like liberals in the media wanted them to.

Thank God Republican primary voters are listening to the liberals in the media again, to hear who not to support, and support them.

    Appreciated very much.

For what it's worth, Kasich is still terrible. As a liberal, I'm hoping you don't nominate Rubio this time. So hopefully me saying that will get you to vote for Cruz or someone.

Whats wrong with Kasich? He's doesnt speak in the "politically correct" language all the time as he is a devout Christian but he is pretty moderate in most social policies.

I dont like cruz v bernie. Cruz is too calculating and nasty. He would sell fear unabashed in a general against bernie, and he could do so from an anti-establishment position.

All Cruz would have to do is poibt out the econonic and social realities of socialism, and Bernie would lose. ;)

Not to mention Cruz would destroy him in the debates.

Would cruz play fear vs. Bernie's hope? Yes.

What if Bloomberg got in as an independent and split the vote 3 ways? Could tip it to Cruz. I don't think Cruz will win the nomination though. Remember...Slick Willie Clinton got into the White House with only 43% of the vote in 1992.

Kasich seems like a decent human being for a republican. He was a managing director at Lehman Brother's from 2001 until their bankruptcy in 2008. He's not getting the nomination, so it doesn't really matter.

Cruz was the former debate captain at Harvard Law. You haven't seen him at his best in the debates because his interests are converting the supporters of other candidates. In debates prior to the general election with Bernie, the gloves would be off.

    What are you talking about?

Yeah, Hope and Change. Where have I heard that before?

Ya think the voters of a general election would fall for it again?

Let me settle this, in terms of a Cruz/Bernie election - The last 7 years have been about expanding the federal government and raising the national debt, and look at the economic situation we have been in as a result of it.

How do you honestly think voters are going to go when asked to choose between a candidate that wants MORE spending and even higher debt, or a candidate with less spending and a smaller federal government?

And to back this up with alittle history, the last three 8-year Presidential administration, have been in a change of party for the next Presidential term, because voters didn't want a third term of what the same party and policies.

And, the last time we had a conservative running for President, he won two landslide victories.

So, for those Bernie Supporters that really hope he wins the nomination, I want him to win too. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for it.

Yeah, your candidates in '08 and '12 had their asses handed to them. And if it would've been Romney or Huckabee in '08 or Santorum in '12 then it would've been even more embarrassing.

If you want independent voters in swing states, like myself, to vote republican then I'd advise you to not nominate a fkn lunatic. I won't even consider Cruz. If it's Cruz vs. Hillary then I hope I'm one of the deciding votes to keep that piece of shit away from the White House. I don't even care for Hillary, but as per usual with our two party system it will be the lesser of two evils. I'd consider Kasich.
