I don't normally post stuff like this but I saw this video on Marunde's forum and was impressed with how John Cena lifts weights. The video shows squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, among other things. <object width="425" height="355"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/5tI_Jq8eM4U&hl=en"></param><param name="wmode" value="transparent"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/5tI_Jq8eM4U&hl=en" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" wmode="transparent" width="425" height="355"></embed></object> fixed
5 plates atg? was that right on my count? 495 "deadlifts a hard lift that noone likes to do" benchpress: everyone likes to be meatheads "how much do you bench" haha Roids + heavy compounds ftw nice to see a proper workout from a roid'd dude however, not these Iron Mag shite with 20 sets of arms ala ronnie coleman.
It is really nice to see someone so famous doing some real lifts with real weight. Even if he is on the juice, it can't hurt the cause having him squatting below parallel and deadlifting.
I hope you know that Ronnie Coleman doesn't actually do those workouts they say he does in the magazine. Saying a big time pro does a certain routine is just a magazine's way of trying legitimatize their bullshit. BTW, nice video, OP. I enjoy seeing genetically gifted people that capitalize on their potential.

wow great video, is this new or old? Hopefully alot of people will see that and start squatting, but not at my gym because theres only 1 rack and I dont like waiting
Hahahahahaha true i prefer no one care about squats or they think they are not safe to do without a smith machine. Squat rack is usually the one spot you can always rely on to be empty in the gym.
I searched for Cena and didn't see it, but searching for Cena right now doesn't bring this thread up, either. Do you know if this aired on TV?
As the bar goes up, the chain comes off the floor and increases the load you are lifting. It's called accommodating resistance.
