This is more grass roots, independent rhetoric, with no teeth.

"If you wanted a better example of two broken candidates from two broken national parties offering nothing of value to our country, this was your week.
Absolutely nothing about the debate at Hofstra looked beyond the pointless, petty gotcha games that define too much of our media coverage in this election, with Trump fans declaring total victory, and Hillary fans doing the same. The debate and its ugly aftermath dragged us away from real ideas, real issues, and real debate, leaving us feeling dirty rather than enlightened.
What more needs be said about Donald Trump's antic, ugly performance? Dangerously unready, psychologically unhinged, and ideologically in more agreement with Hillary Clinton than with the party he hijacked, he reminded millions of Americans that instability, cruelty, and ignorance are the characteristics of third-world authoritarians, not American Presidents.
Clinton was ruthlessly prepared, with a politician's canned lines and media-bait zingers. As always, she ducked accountability for anything, ever. When she did touch on policy, it was the kind of focus-grouped word goo designed to sound great without talking about the realities, consequences and price-tags of a centralized big-government nanny state that would leave Barack Obama's reckless government expansion in the dust.
A few days later, what have we learned? What big idea did you take away from the debate? Was there anything that helped Americans think about and talk about where we're going as a nation? Can you remember a single moment where either Clinton or Trump gave you an honest insight or a real plan to make this country more prosperous and secure?
That's why the real debate isn't just about two tired, 70-year-old politicians fighting on stage like a couple of Japanese movie monsters.
The real debate is what kind of country we want, and what kind of leadership we deserve.
Evan McMullin isn't running to sell you nights in his hotel chain, steaks, or a reality TV show. He's not running to climb one more rung on the DC power ladder.
Evan is asking for your support and your vote because his experience, leadership, and his vision for a better, more unified, more secure nation is about lifting us up, not tearing us down.
He's a real conservative, with a belief in America's unlimited potential, a reverence for our Constitution and the rule of law. It's why Republicans, Independents, and Democrats have been drawn to his message and this campaign. Unlike Clinton and Trump, Evan McMullin is offering America a Commander-In-Chief who puts the country before himself.
And about that, there's no debate."
