I wouldn't rank the JDS VS Cain Velasquez that high. I put it and a lot of those other fights below Kongo vs Barry but Bellator.

I'd replace JDS vs Velasquez with JDS vs Werdum.

Yea, KOing a guy who was undefeated in the octagon and had never been KO'd in his life really isn't such a big deal.

It's funny, is he only allowed to picks fights that have fighters on the current roster?

He's missing out some damn good ones from the old school days. Tank Abbott had some brutal knockouts, especially his KO on Nelmark.

Also this, but Uncle Dana must have said no to non UFC fighters, only current roster fighters.

why dont ever show fights from before 06 on these lists? it would be nice if they showed some ko that i hadnt seen a 1000 times before or that just happened.

Seems like every ko they list is with a fighter who fights for the UFC now, i understand why they wouldnt want to show Kongo but thers got to be a bunch of other hw kos worth listing.

Hmmm, Joe's back to selling "New Breed", I see. 6/8 are either

    less than 12 months old
    or
wins for one of the current top 2 HWs
    (or both)

    Lazy or shilling or both.

Joe obviously enjoys seeing Reem get kayoed. Personally, I thought the Bigfoot KO was better than the Browne KO. I also wouldn't put either in the top 8. But que sera, sera.

Browne vs Struve was a much better KO than Browne vs Overeem.

Judging by pure spectacle, with no consideration to records or rankings, I feel like these are equal to or better than most of that list:

    Carwin v Gonzaga
    Overeem v Lesnar
    Kongo v Barry
    Barry v del Rosario
    Rothwell v Schaub
    Nelson v Herman

Clearly since the UFC employs him he can't mention fights from other organizations. His list is as valid is UFC's rankings.

    Good thread.

The dude who mentioned Kongo Barry is definitely right. One of the biggest comebacks in MMA history.

Props to the guy that mentioned Rizzo.

Rizzo Barnetto is definitely up there.

    Lemme see...

Fuck, dude...that's a biased list from Joe.

No Cro Cop vs. Igor? I heard Vov was throwing up in a bucket for a couple days.

Not just the kick, but Mirko punched him in the throat afterwards.

Lemme see in the memory archive....Rizzo AA was pretty clean.

Kharitinov Rizzo was pretty brutal, as wash Barnetto's revenge against Rizzo.

    Kharitonov Ninja was pretty Nasty.

    AA Buentello.

    Ubereem Duffee was fairly devastating.

There's a lot, but Rogan is definitely missing some good ones.
