I haven't heard everything rogan has said about him so I could be wrong, but all I've heard him undermine is the organization and its logic in putting him in the big show. I think Joe would like to fight in the Octagon, and the UFC would love to have him, but the problem isn't that he doesn't have the courage, it's USADA. To use his words, "I'd break that test like ringing a bell."
