    Cruz.
because he's been there already, and know how it feels to get punched in the face.

disclaimer: Cruz has to be healthy, which is a HUGE caveat here!!!

ehh you're going too far. I think Rogan fucking destroys Punk. We need to go back and watch the tape of CM Punk and see how much of an absolute joke he was. Punk is basically a hobbyist white belt or undeserving blue belt who "trains MMA" once a week, for maybe 6 months total.

Is this a serious question ffs?
Rogan is 52 years old and has trained a bit. I think most people posting here would have a decent chance of beating Rogan.
Any version of Cruz destroys Rogan.

LOL, Rogan is a black belt in TKD and BJJ. He has a fighting background and is in MUCH better shape than 90% of sherdog. Noone on here has a chance.

With that said, Cruz smashes Rogan even with a bum knee.

If Joe can't get it done in 60 seconds then it's all Cruz.

It would be a draw and here's why:

Cruz dislocates his everything then Rogan spinning back kicks him in the pineal gland to release airborne DMT molecules into the air.

Both men transcend into another dimension where the concept of winners and losers doesn't exist.

Joe is a solid 200lbs while Cruz is a brittle 140lbs. It's not even debatable, Joe maybe 20 years older but he has enough skill and experience to use his size to his advantage. The best that pillow fist Cruz could do is constantly back peddle and circle Joe but if Joe gets a hold of Cruz or lands a few power shots it will be over quick

Joe brute forces him to the ground and throttles him
Cruz is literally half his mass and has a ton of mileage on his body.

Many ufc fighters say Rogan kicks like a fucking horse and he has a certified bjj black belt.

That size advantage imho is bigger than the tools advantage here.

Say what you want, but Rogan vs Cm Punk would be interesting. Cruz, on the other hand, destroys Joe.

Come on... that's not a serious question. Cruz was a World Champion. Rogan is a hobbyist. Cruz could outpoint him easily. It wouldn't even be close and he'd barely break a sweat. ;)

Isn't Rogan a BJJ blackbelt and Taekwondo champion

Cruz probably takes it by being an elite MMA champion, but Rogan could land a dangerous kick or sub

The size difference probably isn't that much of an advantage for Joseph since he's a bloated manlet, and not a wrestling powerhouse like Cormier
