Cringeworthy, he says Klitschko coudnt take "the guy shitalking him, fucking wit hhis emotions".. a real fighter in Brendan Schaub is like "seriously bro?"

Doesn't now who Corey Sanders is, says that Tyson knew Kiltschko could be broken by talking to people he trained with...nope, just wrong, but Briggs can throw a one two left hook to the body, so everyone must e ducking him

TBH some people don't deal with mental warfare well, it makes them shrink. The mental part of the game is huge in combat sports.

Rogan would probably say Sam Peter is a modern day Tyson

Yeah, and Wlad may or may not have a susceptibility to that. But he would completely smash Briggs, that is not even a competitive fight. Rogan is making a decent point about mental games, but a totally absurd assertion that anybody in that division is "ducking" Briggs.

I agree with you. Rogan is a combat sports guy but more of a casual boxing fan.

Hence why I posted the Haye- Wladimir faceoff, Haye shittalked Wlad and he KO'd about 95 percent of his opponents, but he coudn't get Wladimir, Fury won that fight on skills, not because he talked some shit and dressed up like batman beforehand

Everybody is ducking Briggs b/c if they lose so do their careers. Rogan is not completely wrong but he's mis judging the current era top fighters like practically everyone has for the past decade. Only b/c Klitchko lost is everyone now realizing its a different fight era of different mechanics and approach to the fight game. The one thing Shaub was right is joshuas danger factor but his statement of Tyson Fury beat the shyte out Klitcko is bizarre....I wont go into that but......yea the overall breakdown of when a fight is fought and more relevant like Klitchko losing to sanders when Manny wasn't his trainer and he wasn't as developed is a head scratcher.

I love Rogan's podcasts but he's always high out of his fucking mind everytime, it gets annoying after a while, he's that guy that gets high and lets everyone know how much intelect and knowledge they posses (Rogan is a smart guy) in his case combat sports and he's said stupid shit

Unrelated but Joe Rogan is in the new UFC game as a playable character lol

I hate when people go crazy over squash matches like it proves they can give real fighters trouble. He comes off as if Briggs was incapable of doing that 5, 10 or 20 years ago. He's NOW putting it together!

David Tua could come back, style on the 377th ranked heavyweight, and Joe would lose his mind and say he'd give top heavyweights problems. "OHH SON THAT HOOK HAS CRAZY POWER!"

Stopped reading at "a real fighter in Brendan Schaub." Dude pussed out as soon as Rogan scolded him on his podcast.

Isn't this the same feller that tried to convince us that MMA/BJJ was more than just homo erotic cock fighting. What a jabroni!

The more interesting question is: has crazy shouting Rogan ever given the impression to know anything about boxing?

... so Mr. "Brock Lesnar lifted me up with a handshake" is at it again.

Wladimir didn't want to box Briggs, because it would've been tough to sell him to the public as a serious threat. It would've been a pro wrasslin' type of gimmick fight.

And all the other contenders (Fury, Joshua, Wilder, Haye, etc.) have absolutely no reason to box him. Even a struggling older contender like Amir Mansour would gain nothing by fighting Briggs.

I like Rogan and I always respect his comments on martial arts because he has a lot of experience and knows what he is talking about it.

When it comes to boxing however, he has no more knowledge or experience than any poster on here and it definitely shows at times.

At least Schaub boxed a little bit and always had decent hands and movement for a Heavy, he actually follows boxing as his number 2 sport as well, whereas Joe is much more into Glory and shit. Big Brown is a good guy, talks a lot of shit but it swings both ways, he's a really good insight into how guys train etc. Funny guy too.
