Social Joe Rogan shedding good light on Donald Trump right after Trump names Dana to his TaskForce

As an MMA fan, are you happy with Dana's and Trump's relationship?

Except its completely illogical for a self avowed "leftist" to vote for Trump over the Democratic nominee. It would've made sense instead if Rogan publically stated he wouldn't be voting at all if Bernie lost, but thats not what he said hence why this is even a story in the first place.

Instead, he stated his vote would go towards Trump now that Biden was the nominee, an opinion contradictory to his self-avowed political stance and irrelevant to his alleged concern on Biden's mental state.

That's like claiming to be a fan of a football team but because you don't like the new coaching hire, you decide you'll root for the rival team instead of just not watching the games. Its illogical.

You literally have no reason to vote for Trump as a leftist. Dude sold the environment to the highest bidder, betrayed our socialist brothers and sisters in Rojava because he's a piece of shit.

Betsy Devo's and her kind are pillaging education as we speak, if you call yourself a leftist and still would vote for Trump you deserve a boot party.

I don’t think Rogan has a coherent political philosophy. Which wouldn’t be a problem if he didn’t regularly attempt to talk politics on a huge platform.

Being in favour of a few vague socialistic notions isn’t really much of a basis for claiming that you’re on the left, especially when the thing you seem to feel most passionate about is bitching about anonymous sjw’s on twitter.

Like I said, Joe's take is completely illogical. He could've easily immunized himself from the criticism if he labeled himself apolitical or a centrist. But he can miss me with that leftist/liberal shtick.

I'd say he's a bit of a centrist, clearly hard right wing when compared to international leftism, but dude downplayed what a piece of shit Alex Jones is. Also look at the blatant sexism and racism of his followers.

Dude doesn't get very many serious comics on because he's a fucking joke. Dude talks about the Store but he wasn't even on the inside of that group. Just hung out and got big calling out Mencia and doing Lee dirty.

I encourage everyone to take three hits of LSD and listen to Rogan and try and not tell me dude isnt a basic white bitch.

He'd gain far more fans coming out and saying he supports trump than he would bringing Bernie on and telling millions of people he's voting for Bernie.

Perhaps, but he'd also lose sponsors, and basically have to walk on eggshells from that point forward, as to not be demontized by Youtube. That's where we're at right now. Being punished for wrongthink on social media platforms is very real, and Joe knows it. Shit, he's had a number of segments dedicated to that very topic.

Like I said earlier, he might not actually be right wing, or a Trump supporter naturally. By default though, yeah. It's clear that he is not fond of what the current left is all about. He's really no different than a lot of ex-Liberals turned Trump supporters. There's only so much crazy, people can take. To the point where a lot of people who would've called themselves "Liberal" ten years ago, have abandoned the ideology, and see Trump as the lesser evil.

He doesn't claim to be a "leftist" - I don't believe he leans either way. I think he votes for the candidate that he agrees with the most. And I completely understand anyone not wanting Biden
I have volunteered for bernies campaign for the past two elections. I don't want to vote for Biden. There is a HUGE difference between "out of the current options I'd take Bernie" and "I'm a leftist. You're putting words in his mouth. He's made it clear a million times he's not on the left, or the right. You're completely changing his stance on the topic to fit your argument.

His podcasts get MILLIONS of downloads and views. Have you watched his podcast? The shit they do on air and talk about? You think he's worried about losing sponsors lol

Joe Rogan has Bernie, Alex Jones, Gavin McGinnis, Owen Benjamin, and Andrew Yang. Couldn't be further from polar opposites. He talks about doing acid and eating mushrooms. He had a porn star with a man's body and vagina. But he won't admit he likes trump because "he's worried he'll lose a sponsor"..

Nah

100%.

Alex Jones had millions of viewers. They took his entire channel down. Stephen Crowder has millions of viewers. He's been demonotized and is on thin ice with the platform.

Obviously Joe has nothing to really lose, as he's rich as fuck, but I think he loves what he does, and has seen what has happened to others' reputations when they dare to go too hard against the hard left Google machine. If for nothing else, it's a headache he'd rather avoid.

He's had Kyle Kulinski on multiple times, had David Packman, Ana Kaspirian, and Cenk Uyger on. And how did he treat them? Zero confrontation. Then he has Dave Rubin on and embarrasses the fuck out of him
Brought milo in, threw him a rope and let him hang himself with it. Brings Yang, and Bernie on... Softballs for days. Just a week ago he had Dan Crenshaw on and had him contradicting himself on universal Healthcare for an hour.

If he's a undercover MAGA tool he's doing a great job making conservatives look bad while lobbing softballs to liberals.

Also Alex Jones claimed that nobody was killed in a school shooting. Said Obamas wife had a penis. Spread the pizza gate conspiracy. He didn't say "yeah I'm a trump fan" - pretty fucking big difference.

He also had Team Twitter on and made them squirm alongside fellow "Liberal" Tim Pool, over them censoring conservatives.

On the whole though, I think Joe is fair and balanced. However, one wrong statement and all that will be ignored, and he will be turned into a "dangerous" voice of the alt-right...like he's already been attacked for, for merely believing in biology. He's getting shit right now for merely saying he's not voting for Biden. If he ever dared to come out as a Trump supporter(without any caveats), he'd be eaten alive.

He's always said Trump was hilarious, didn't always agree was his politics but he's been consistent in saying he finds the guy funny.
Joe added that Trump may not know much about being president, "But who does"...

He's usually dismissive of Trump. Wasn't the case here. Seems Joe has no issues with Trump being president for some more time.

Why does any of that get you kicked off of their platform though? It's simply because of the amount of influence Jones wielded. There are millions of crazies making vids of the same nature. The difference is that they don't have any power, and are considered irrelevant, so Youtube lets it go. The moment they hit a significant amount of subs though, and it's cancel time.

Meanwhile, how many crazy leftists with a significant viewer base, who are spreading lefty nonsense are even being looked at by Youtube? Answer: None.

But what does any of that have to do with Joe saying "I'm a trump supporter"... You're acting like the far left and far right but cases are the same as someone like Joe coming out as a trump supporter. The radical left/right have nothing in common with Joe saying he supports trump. Him saying that would never get him kicked off YouTube so why are you trying to compare the two?

Because the moment Joe ever came out as a full blown Trump supporter, his past comments would be used against him. Jones(and Info Wars) was already an unabashed Trump supporter. Notice the heat got turned up on him, the moment Queen Hillary lost. Before that, he was just some kook on Youtube. After that, he was a very "dangerous" voice. If Trump loses in 2016, Jones would still be up and running.

If by leftist you mean the SJW type then sure, but he has routinely claimed to be liberal, left leaning, and/or progressive.

I think he votes for the candidate that he agrees with the most.

Fair enough.

So as a former Bernie campaigner, does that mean you're voting for Trump?
