Media Joe Rogan: People who said Conor is old, done, unmotivated don’t know anything about MMA

Joe keeps proving about once a month he is a hyperbolic shill who's high more often than not and can't decipher what's going on in a fight most of the time. What other yes men is he going to have on his pod soon to act as his echo chamber outside of the guests on his pod that he just agrees with endlessly? Guy is fucking useless. Yes he's popular but he's lowest common denominator fodder at this point. Come at me bros. IDGAF.

He's also surrounded by a bunch of pathetic yes men who are too scared of pissing him off to actually give him any constructive advice that would improve his game.

The whole "we didn't know about calf kicks" nonsense after the second fight shows what a joke his camp is. Dude was five years behind the rest of the sport and expected to pop back into title contention.

Rogan's shilling for the UFC has always been embarrassing. It's also why his reputation as some sort of truth teller after his podcast blew up has always made me laugh.

It is really not that these people do no know about MMA, the reality is they are just blinded by their hatred, jealousy and salty tears to confront the reality of Conor McGregor the fighter. It is always "bu bu but his fans....bu but his actions outside the cage....bu bu but he cheated!....midgets....he got lucky...his words trigger me!"
{<BJPeen}.

Even when Conor is 20 years retired they will still make threads about him daily. That alone shows just how successful he is. Still remains the lineal FW champ and the only lineal male UFC champ champ in UFC history. Breaking your leg in a freak accident does not change any of this.

This thread is about Joe, not about Conor at this point.

It's about Rogan's thoughts on peoples' hyperbole regarding Conor. Maybe Conor will never win the title again, maybe he is a drastically diminished version of himself, but he could still whoop alot of good fighters. What would people be saying if Dustin broke his leg at the end of the first round in their second fight? There simply remains a double standard regarding Conor that has existed since he beat Brandao and blew TF up. With greater success and heights attained comes greater jealousy and more copious amounts of butthurt - success and hating are linked at the hip in the 21st century.

Dustin still would have won the second fight by brutal KO, so saying he's washed up wouldn't apply. Dustin beating up Conor before the leg break in the third fight would still be a thing since we're only changing the ending. Sorry Mean Gene.
