He literally voted for Gary Johnson. Who's pretty far right on economic issues.
I don't think really Joe is right or left. He pretty much agree's with whoever he's speaking to at the time unless that person is opposing marijuana, so I wouldn't categorize him one way or the other. Rogan doesn't have a coherent political philosophy as far as I can tell.

His main political shtick is talking about how retarded social justice warriors are. Which is fine, but it't not the only thing going on in the world.

I don't unreasonable to assume his audience leans right. Guys like Ben Shapiro and Jordan Peterson are some of his more successful episodes, and when he has he has left wing guests on those videos seem to cop a lot of shit. I'm just basing that off Youtube though. Podcast audiences are pretty hard to quantify, apparently.
