I could've sworn Nick the Tooth was a blue belt now? I thought I saw a pic of him on the podium at the no-gi worlds with a blue rash guard on? And my buddy out at AOJJ I also thought told me he's a blue belt.

every bluebelt in the world looks pretty damn bad when they roll with someone the caliber of joe lauzon. lauzon may not be ranked, but i'd say he's at blackbelt level.

 

wikipedia says he's a purple belt, but we all know thats wrong

Man Lauzon is fun to watch.

 

You dont put white belts in heel hooks. Because the damage is not just in your control, but in theirs. They roll the wrong way and bye bye mr knee. Not necessary for just a fun exhibition match.

Granted he didn't crank on it...but still.
