If a Republican said this, they would never in a million years hear the end of it. It would be asked about over over again in every interview. Did you really say that a prisoner just has to say he's a woman he's treated like one? Instead, the media will completely ignore this (because of their focus on the woman's vote to defeat Trump) and make excuses for him again. That's not what he meant, it's just what he said!
