Joanne Calderwood vs. Jessica Andrade?

What do you guys think of this fight? Both of them looked great in their last fights, Calderwood finising Letourneau (like 3 different times) with body shot combos and Andrade just going full Wanderlei on Jessica Penne for a TKO victory, in a shallow-ish division like women's 115, you gotta think performances like that put them on the path to a title shot with a couple more impressive wins.

This is a fight I'd like to see next between two very talented strikers, one that would most likely end in exciting fashion and set the winner up for what could possibly be a #1 contenders fight. What say you, Sherdog?

She's good. Undefeated if I'm not mistaken. Very balanced game but her striking is what seems to be her bread and butter. I think Rose is going to have a hard time with this fight although I said the same thing when she rematched Tecia Torres and she looked leaps and bounds better from her last fight. I hope she surprises me again because I'd like to see her in another title fight.

She did look better at 125 but until they make it a division (I don't think they will) she probably won't get too many offers to fight at 125. I could actually see them going that route with this proposed matchup though as Andrade used to be a 135er and probably isn't a big fan of her new weight cut.

It's no coincidence that they did it after Joanna had already give them a hellacious beating, not to mention Joanna broke her hand in the Val fight and still fucked her up for 5 rounds, Joanna probably beats them both handily. I'd pick Calderwood over Andrade though considering the girl she fought actually knows how to punch and kick.

Andrade is just gonna smother Calderwood with punches until she gets a TKO or KO. I think the only reason Calderwood looked great last night is cause Valerie was looking weak.

Calderwood vs Andrade would be interesting no matter what though.

The only person Andrade has beaten at 115lbs is one of the people you mentioned, wild Wandy flurries will always come 2nd to crisp muay thai technique, in my humble opinion. Joanna wo'tlet Andrade back her up so easily.

From the reports in Brazil Andrade made 115 very easily, didnt even have to do baths or sauna. I dont think she would take anything over 115 for the time being as there isnt much upside to her.

This would be a great fight, but I would rather not see either of these fighters eliminate each other from title contention yet. UFC has Tecia and Carla ranked above them. Would prefer to see:
