I thought the first fight could've gone either way.... Joanna did more damage but Gadelha could've gotten the W, she controlled her a lot and could make a case for winning 2 rounds.

there was no good ground and pound. claudia landed maybe three or four punches in a row at one point, and that was by far her most success in the fight.

Joanna knocks out ANY straw weight. She's by far the best striker, and uses her Muay Thai very well in mma. She'd probably knock out the bantamweights too. WMMA has no striking, and she actually does.

WMMA has no striking, and she actually does.

There are plenty of strikers in WMMA. Calderwood, Eye, Cyborg, Kaufman, Thug Rose, De Randamie, Mizuki Inoue, Holm, Waterson, Reneau just to name a few off the top of my head.

I'll grant you that not a lot of WMMA strikers have good takedown defense and don't get to use it to the best of their ability, but to say there's no striking is just hating without reason.

I see Joanna being the fresher fighter in the Championship rounds, if it even goes 5. I'd say Joanna by KO/TKO in late 4th, early 5th.

Um let's not get too crazy, she has only 3 wins out of 9 by T/KO and some of the BWs would have 20 or more pounds on her, it would be a lot harder to deal with their takedowns.
