I think that's my favorite part of the book. It's a good explanation of something that is neccesary but not always spelled out well in actual training/classes.
The book is good, but when I read the title of the thread I instantly thought of the academy. I was supposed to train there last month, got owned at comic con and sprained my ankle...who knew being nerdy would be so dangerous x_x...
Any one using this and Drill to Win together? Wondering if there's any synergy...well I'll amazon Galvao's book and see...
