I have heard nothing but good things about them. Maybe they just made a mistake? I know the pain of paying for the quick shipping only to have it not arrive...very annoying!

I am sure jjprogear will show up and clear this all up.

They don't have a tracking number because Priority Mail doesn't have tracking. They probably went with the cheaper "delivery confirmation" option which isn't active til the item is delivered. However, I'm sure you're right when you assume that someone there screwed up and didn't fess-up to it. Otherwise, they would not be dishing out another gi so quickly.
W/ that said, I ordered a gi from them earlier this month and it took 3 days. Would have ordered my Venum through them yesterday but they don't carry it.

well, it's hard for me to compare because i send my stuff to a military apo... oh, in europe. but mmawarehouse was really quick. i ordered on a saturday and it was here on a friday...

It will get resolved and you may end up with two jiujitsu gi's, and then you'll either ask for the thread to be deleted, or you'll edit your post, and all you'd have done is dragged a good companies name through the mud.

I look after this forum, and I've seen plenty of these threads before.

Quisand- This issue came to my attention and my staff took care of it when you called. We sent another gi via Fedex, you should be getting it soon.

USPS is as not reliable (not even close) as Fedex. Even though they say priority mail takes 3 to 4 days, it is not guarantee and if something goes wrong it takes 14 days to us too be able to do something about it.

He's right. From FLA I used USPS priority to send something to Maine and it took thirteen days to arrive.
