Not trying to be a hater, but Manuwa should stay retired for the sake of his long term health. He has been KO'd in devastating fashion multiple times & will not come close to touching Gold imho.

But hey, if he can come back and put a few wins together... all the power to him.

Revitalized Manuwa torches his way to a top 15 spot before getting sent packing again.

Who's a pillow fist LHW he can get some confidence back?

Has an exciting style but can't stay awake long enough to impose it

Edit: Unrelated but SMH worthy. Searched UFC rankings and W -145 list is empty. They didn't bother putting any names because there's not 10

If he tucks his chin and lands that leather he can put anyone out.

Some time off probably refocused him. If he wants to fight again that's great. The man hits like a truck.

Must be tough as at one stage he was 14-0, and over here on the UK scene he was being billed as a future megastar, he even won his first three in the Octagon & he has wins over OSP & Corey Anderson so he's no chump. But he lost his last four & every time he's stepped up in competition in the Octagon he lost.

In under a month he's 40 & I can't see what improvements he can make to his notoriously weak chin that makes a UFC return a success. These are the times where Dana should be saying no, however we all know he'll be happy to have a "name" older fighter who he can sacrifice to the next up & coming prospect to build them up without a thought about the older fighter's future health.

He's a glass canon and not particularly large, so a move to Heavyweight probably wouldn't benefit him very much.

He could take some mid-level matchups to pad his bank account. Fighting isn't all about championships. Sometimes mid-level dudes can put on good fights.

I’d be down. Win or lose he brought us some entertaining fights, and that’s something I can always get behind

Probably not a good idea. If he does return, give him Weidman or someone else who is just as likely to get stopped as he is. Also this finish is still one of the most aesthetically impressive in recent memory - plus it sounds like someone getting hit with a bat.

I always felt he started too late. Considering he started at 28 years old his punching form was pretty good. Had he started earlier he might've been able to earn a title shot at some point.

Gus rematch. Winner gets to stay unretired for one more fight.
