Shayna Bayzler, Ronda Rousey, Matt Riddle, Brock Lesnar have all done well for themselves by making the switch. Gotten a lot more exposure as well, so they stay fresh in the minds of fans.

There are also more opportunities out there, as WWE isn't the only game in town anymore.

AEW has had their contract with TNT expanded through 2023, with a weekly live show every wednesday, and a monthly pay per view. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon have made it a purpose of theirs to showcase more female talent in their shows in WWE, as well.
