It's definitely possible depending on where you carry fat. He looks 20% to me. He's thick, but soft.

Between that gif, the crazy buildup, all the delays, Cain getting KO'd in seconds in completely anti-climatic fashion, them stupidly NOT showing Henderson vs Guida (which was an awesome fight) and this:

Sherdog consistently uses these words wrong, "ripped," "shredded," "starched," and "wolf tickets." The starched and wolf tickets are by far the most annoying.

he is less muscular but he still look better than almost all the others hw on the roster lol
was a monster at some point, but he lost in granite chin in the second and third cain fights
and he isn t the same mentally, he lost some of that hunger after all the punishment he took
but he still is a top 10 easily, except stipe and healthy cain i favor him over anybody in the ufc (i would favor him in a rematch with overeem) if he is close to what he was in his last few fights
 
Sadly that love tap from stipe that put him away showed me all there was to know about jds these days.

I always thought he looked ripped and well-trained before a fight. The problem with JDS is that he doesn't seem to evolve much. I will always like him, but I don't think he will ever come near that belt again.
 
Funny to see Sherbros complain about this guy's physique at 240lbs
 
I'm a big JDS fan but I'm affraid that the Cain fights took his soul and years off his life unfortunately.
 
If you don't change the way you fight after making the same mistakes for years, your career dies. Even at HW.
 
Father Time has already took his toll. Without PED's his days are numbered IMO (if he's not already on them).
 
Those two fights with Cain (2-3) were absolutely brutal beatdowns, in which Cain damaged and keep on Junior the whole time.

Shorted his fight life and his actual life.
