    Very unlikely to be RNC. An interesting point I've noted about Cain's game is he almost never takes the back in the traditional BJJ manner that is pretty much par for the course in MMA.
    He will wear on a guys back in a style more similar to what you'd expect to see in pure wrestling. He's great from that position because he wears the guy down and lands a ton of strikes. Then when the guy finally gets up he just puts them back down and starts over.

    I assume he doesn't want to run the risk of losing position from having his hooks in and is more comfortable and successful otherwise.
    It's unique as other accomplished wrestlers will often try to put the hooks in.
