Do you have confidence in JDS winning the belt back?

I'm not a fan, but I'm not a hater. I respect and enjoy watching him fight.

I do think he can come back and win. But I think it would benefit to take his time and fill in some holes in his game. Get a couple of fights under his belt. An instant rematch probably wouldn't be wise, and I wouldn't want to see it.

There's a good chance as long as he doesn't keep coming in with sub-kimbo conditioning

As a fan of his i agree. I would like to see him get two good wins under his belt, so his confidence gets back up there.

Yes. Definitely. He has the heart, desire and tools, but beating Cain is a tall order when Cain fights as well as he did last time.

It would not surprise at all if he won the belt back, but I think it is more likely that he doesn't because I think Cain Velasquez will win in the rubber match.

Keep these interesting polls going, I enjoy your threads.

Definitely. Him and Cain are 1-1 now. I see Junior coming back and winning the rubber match.

I wasn't really active the first few days after ufc 155, so i didn't really see it. But i keep hearing a lot of JDS fans jumped ship. That's kinda the reason i made this thread, to see if JDS still has a lot of supporters.

I think Junior being humbled will ultimately help the remainder of his career.

He can definitely win the belt from Cain. Or overeem for that matter. He just needs a better gameplan and some more cardio training against Cain next time.

I agree, there was no questioning Junior's heart or effort though. Cain just put on an amazing performance.

The boo's afterwards were pathetic imo.

I don't know if a lot of fans jumped ship, but there were a lot of guys here giving no chance to Velasquez and haven't seen much activity from them anymore.

JDS is still one of the most liked fighters, so I'm sure he still has a lot of fans.
