I hope JDS doesn't go into another depression like he did last time. I can imagine how tough it could be getting another beat down like that again within the span of another 10 months since the last one.

From watching the prime time JDS looks like a guy who is very confident in himself and really want to be champion so it must be hard for him to face reality now that with Cain around he could only be the no.2 guy at best.

I haven't felt this sad since Fedor got beat down by BigFoot. So if you're a JDS fan, let us come and embrace eachother in this tough time.

    I'll always be a fan.
He has two options imo: wait until Cain loses the belt to someone else or move to the US and start sparring with grinders constantly

He obviously absorbed as much as he can from his Brazil camp, it's time for him to move to Alliance MMA and train with Gustafsson and Phil Davis.

He could learn a lot from Davis, and he could also learn defensive boxing and better defensive footwork from Gustafsson.

From what I saw in the 2nd fight I already resigned my self that Cain will beat him today.

So I don't know what to say all of my favorite fighters are all losing the belt

As long as they have some top HW wrestlers I agree. I don't really want him to change his style, but he needs to learn how to avoid them and he needs to get used to grappling without gassing.

Also staying the fuck away from the fence would be nice... That part made me the most sad, because he actually did a great job against Hunt staying away from the fence.

I think he has to switch to an American camp with high level wrestlers so he can't get out muscled on fence and taken down as much. He did a great job just needed a bit more...

    Sad JDS fan checking in...

It was difficult to watch this fight. I felt like I was going to be sick by the end of it.

Unfortunately, I think if JDS remains in the gym that he's in right now, he will never beat Cain. He would need to move to the USA. I think Josh Barnett would be able to help JDS against that dirty boxing against the cage.

    Still here backing JDS.

Agree with everyone saying JDS needs to switch teams. Alliance MMA would probably be best. Blackhouse with the Nogs or Jackson's would be good too. Anything but his current team.
