Jarrell Miller vs. Mirko Cro Cop II Set for GLORY 17

This has probably been the worst-kept secret in recent Kickboxing history, but it is now [somewhat] official; Jarrell Miller will finally get his rematch against Mirko "Cro Cop" Filipovic at GLORY 17. The two met in 2013 in the K-1 World Grand Prix tournament in Croatia where Cro Cop was given a suspect judges decision after Miller roughed up the PRIDE, K-1 and UFC legend in his hometown. Cro Cop went on to win the tournament, but to many fans, there was a bad taste in their mouth over the victory.

Miller has since then been focused on his Boxing career, where he remains undefeated and seen as a top prospect. He's worked with everyone from the Klitschkos to the Money Team and is building up quite a reputation for himself. This is the opportunity that he's been waiting for to return to Kickboxing and should be an interesting fight.

Yeah he had the judges in his pocket, same with the Remy fight too. ..


And go back and watch cro cop/Miller 1 and don't count all the illegal clinch knees miller used. Then tell me who won. Word is the judges didn't score them and thats why cro cop won. When i was watching live i almost turned it off. I thought cro cop had the judges on his payroll. But after hearing about the illegal knees i changed my mind.

Cool. If you watched the last fight, the referee was terrible. Miller clinched for the majority of the fight for WAY longer than the rules say he's allowed to. That's where he did most of his damage. There were stretches where he had a Thai clinch for nearly 10 seconds. I don't think that will be tolerated in GLORY, as I'm pretty sure it's not legal.

And for the love the god, Cro Cop needs to retire. I don't care if he wins this fight. He's BEYOND past his prime.

Cro-Cop will keep going until his plastic knee replacements melt.
I'll love him until my heart melts.

I suspect he'll be taking a few shots in this one though but will scuffle through the way he does by working on his double handed push away technique and circling away badly.

Irrespective, he did win the last fight as far as ruling goes and I agree with it.
