So apparently some people are freaking out over this woman's predictions, claiming that she predicted Freddie Mercury's and princess Diana's deaths, as well as the pandemic.

I've read several articles on her and they all seem to be fairly shitty, but from what I gather, here's what's going on.

In regards to Freddie Mercury's and princess Diana's deaths and the pandemic, I can't find any reliable source that proves she made this prediction before they happened. She just claims to have dreamt about it beforehand. And even then, the predictions are vague, like she dreamt about a hallway with a picture of a blonde woman holding a baby, and then woke up and scribbled in her dream journal "Diana? Dead?"

Sounds like bullshit, right?

HOWEVER,

Her biggest claim to fame is that she published a manga in 1999 where she predicted a great disaster would happen in March of 2011. And then when March of 2011 rolled around, Japan did suffer a great disaster. A huge earthquake and tsunami. The largest in Japan's history, and 4th largest in the world since we developed reliable measurements.

This is the only prediction of hers that I could find that actually has some merit, because there is proof her manga was published 12 years before the tsunami.

Well in 2021 she published an updated version of her manga, that says that in July this year, a crack will open up under the seabed between Japan and the Philippines, sending ashore waves three times as tall as those from the Tohoku earthquake.

So while I don't believe her prediction, you gotta give her credit for being very specific about the time and place this time. So we'll definitely know if she was wrong.

Most psychics are so vague that they can argue their predictions were right afterwards.

What say you, shermanos? Bad time to travel to Japan?

How often has she been wrong? If she was right often I'm thinking she would be a well known celebrity world wide.

I'll believe it when she has premonition about the upcoming Powerball numbers and winning the jackpot

Plus Japan just can't catch a break with all the Godzilla attacks and now earthquake

It's the equivalent of that rap group that had a cover album about the world trade blowing up.

Some points, the manga had a number of predictions that never happened. A number of other Japanese writers included earthquakes in their works during that time period because of the one that happened in the 90s. Perhaps they weren't trying to predict thing, but earthquakes were trendy.

I would check what the geo scientists have to say and follow that instead.
