I'm pretty sure Vick himself said he was going for a kick and Cruickshank just happened to shoot for a takedown at the same time, resulting in the perfectly timed knee. That's about as lucky as it gets.

Anyway, I find this sudden flooding of new Lightweights in the UFC to be really strange. They have nearly 100 under contract with 14 Lightweights who have yet to debut. There really wasn't anybody already under contract that would have taken this fight?

Whatever. Vick by sub. Hopefully he stays healthy because he's still young and definitely has potential.

I actual assed myself to look up this walimir lazaro person and realized i had heard of him, he's a tall lightweight striker with ko power and holds a win over chris wilson.
Not a horrible signing and i'm an idiot.

Vick threw a strike, and Cruickshank moved into it. Sounds like most ko's to me
