I do find it amusing how the same people that thought saying to make your voice heard peacefully and calling the potential market a bloodbath were somehow coded calls to violence want to shrug this off lol.

Unless it can be proven that it's a direct threat... I'm not sure he can be arrested. Investigated for sure as it could be a message to some members of the group he used to be a part of. If 86 is the word used for killing in the fbi then at least maybe something. I worked as a waiter for a time as well. But context matters.

My first thoughts were that whatever the meaning behind it is, proving it in court would be next to impossible.
