    Yeah, that just reflects poorly on the company. Regardless of political beliefs, that's inappropriate for wear wile at work. People who are customer-facing should be in professional attire (shirt and tie or shirt and slacks), something appropriate for job being done (like if you work construction or do manual labor) or some sort of company uniform.
