I haven't been really satisfied with my body lately. I injured my ankle almost month ago. That caused me to gain some weight about 7-8 lbs. I have never been in really good shape I tried to but i couldn't keep my focus. I decided to do it for real this time. I don't want to try anything too fancy or difficult because i usually lost focus because of it. Age: 18 Height: 178cm/5'10" Weight: 94kg/207lb BF%: about 24% Supplements: Multi Vitamins, Maybe some Creatine I haven't decided yet. I have been up to as high as 97 kg/214 lbs but i reduced my eating by a lot and I don't feel really hungry I think that my stomach has shrunk a little bit. I want to continue and I think that Sherdog will help with my goal. I will post correct measurements tomorrow after school. Training : I will be doing some weight lifting , Body weight exercises(One Hundred Pushups) I don't really have time for gym because I have a lot of study. In about a month or so i will start some cardio exercises. I'm in pretty bad shape because of my ankle. I will be doing some Bas Rutten Boxing training it's a really good cardio workout it gets me tired everytime and I can do it with my injured ankle. Eating: I try to eat only when I'm really hungry. I eat Tuna, Vegetables, Fruits, Chicken Breast. But i usually eat about once a day. I don't know how I am able to stay well with very little food. Sometimes I eat only 1000 calories a day. It's probably because of my lately inactivity. But I'm losing about a pound per day. That's pretty much it I know I can do it. Sorry for Horrible writing English isn't my first language. Oh btw I think i will start taking pics so I can see my body change. That should give me some extra motivation.
