It's funny how Dos Anjos dropping out made Nate one of the richest fighters in the world

That's why it is important to stay in decent shape between fights. A lot of guys would have passed on the late notice fight and missed out on everything Nate has accomplished. He just seized an opportunity that many fighters would have let slip away.

Dos Anjos should have showed up with the broken foot. Take some pain killing injections or someshit.
It cost him about 5 million missing that fight

RDA is really unlucky with that injury in the last minute of the last round of Sparring. Could have been his money. Now conor will probably never fight him unless he beats Nate decisively.

Nate said he knew would get a money fight sooner or later.

Didn't he get 500k? That would't make him one of the riches fighters. Especially considering he made 20/20 before.

'One of the richest fighters'.

Except for all the boxers who make way more money..

I think he had ppv points or i hope he did. Dana said nate made over 1m dollars. Still no where near as rich as some fighters.

I really hope nates management company got him better PPV points for the rematch but i won't hold my breath since thy took a 20/20 deal before.

RDA would have made probably $10 mil.

What really sucks for RDA is that the UFC s holding his next fight hostage, they are essentially forcing him to wait till they find a way to either make this work for Conor or make this work for Diaz.

Two fights with good pay doesn't make you one of the richest fighters in the world. The rest of the fights when on 20/20 and other fucked up payscales doesn't really add up to much. So bit of an over exaggeration ts.

1 million $ can last you a long time if you dont go around spending it on useless shit

"Richest fighters", if that is true it really shows how little the UFC shells out

Say he made a million for the first fight and two million for the re match. He could live comfortably off that for the rest of his life, earning 3% or so interest per annum.
