Since I "quit" drugs. I say "quit" because I haven't really quit. I still smoke weed oil regularly because my friend gives me dabs for free.

But... It's been a year since I bought drugs. I was spending $500 a month on drugs and last year in April I finally had the willpower to stop. I had a serious problem and I tried and failed many times trying to quit.

Next month I'll be buying a grahm of oil because I'm taking vacation time and I feel I deserve some. I now have the will power to not get sucked back in like before. I've saved $6000 since I stopped buying, and bought all sorts of nice things for myself that I never imagined I would have.

Just thought I would share. Feels good to get past it. After 16 years I finally did it. I'm no longer a drug addict and I can just enjoy it occasionally like everyone else.

It doesn't sound like you really stopped anything.

If whatever you did makes you happy, good for you. Congrats.

I went from spending 500 a month to 0. I wouldn't say I didn't stop anything. Didi completely stop? No.. But I did hella good ID say

lol @ smoking weed being a drug addict, what a joke.

What type of "drugs"?

Mostly weed oil. I know what people think, you can't be addicted to weed oil right? Wrong..

I tried to quit about 15 times and couldn't do it. It was not only mentally addicting but physically addicting for me as well. When I finally stopped buying last April I couldn't eat and lost 30lbs in under 2 months. Went from 175 to 145.

I was basically high 24/7 for 16 years straight. I experimented with some other drugs but never really got in to them.

I consider not buying drugs a year a huge victory. I never saw a future where I wasn't homeless but now I can see one.

Whatever man laugh all you want I know how hard it was. It's not bud btw, one hit of the shatter around here is equivalent to doing about 10 bongs in a row. This isn't like 20% THC weed like back in the day it's like 90% THC one hit and youre a mess for a good 2 hours.

Are Shrooms as neat as everyone says?

Good job vroomy. Sounds like you're happy about your accomplishment, which is all that really matters. (This coming from a former 24/7 pothead himself who is much happier now that he's gotten it down to more of an occasional social/recreational thing)

The extra money you're saving is definitely the icing on the cake.

I think you should draw a picture to celebrate!

Lol thanks bud. Yeah I'm pretty happy about it for sure. People said I was never going to be able to do it. My best friend didn't think I could do it. I didn't think I could do it. Somehow I did it.
