Swear to god, know this is going to sound weird, but its something to do with your body expelling chemicals. I cant remember exactly what the name of the chemical/gas is, but its extremely common when doing cardio. Absolutely nothing to worry about
This is very common primarily with beginning runners. Your skin probably also turns splotchy red. This is called flushing. Just a reaction to increased circulation. Usually happens in colder temperatures.
If you are taking supplements before you run, the other possibility is that there is a high concentration of Niacin in the supplement. Read the label.
Drink plenty of fluids, your body will eventually adapt.
