thats how tournaments work...
It was bad decision that Modafferi and Montano fought for the belt.

I think Eubanks would have beaten Nicco. But yes. That was a bad decision. They should have opened up 125 and let the small 135ers move down and the large 115ers move up. Have some sort of multi event tournament like Bellator is doing with HW. People love tournaments.
