He's a big fight fan. Somebody asked Pettis in a fan Q&A which fighters would get him excited enough to be asking Dana White for tickets and stuff. Pettis watches all the fights from top to bottom, including the prelims.

He is injured. It is what it is. He shouldn't stop living his life and enjoying something he has a passion for because he is unfortunate with injuries.
He wanted to return this summer but TUF is delaying it. It's probably for the better needs to start training more conservatively.

Isn't this the lesson we've learned from the Jones/Gus/DC fiasco? UFC fans are petulant, which if you think about it, is what the UFC and Dana F. White deserve.
