I am the only one who feels like that? Weidman 1 he was clowning too much , Weidman 2 he broke his leg, against Bisping he could have finished it, but was hesitant or clowning or WTF you wanna call it.

It never really feels like he is actually getting defeated, which is frustrating. No matter how great these guys feel about their wins , I simply cannot but credit a lot of it to Silva's bizarre act that ends up costing him.

What a shame that he is going out like that after such a great career.

Perhaps if he didn't clown around and do dumb stuff he would still be champion... But he does and he did and his record stands without controversy.

It feels like people make far too many excuses for him losing.

It's because he's afraid to go 100% and lose. Ego couldn't handle it.

Couple a tough loss with a limp dick and that would be too much for a man to handle.

I understand what you're saying. It doesn't ever seem like he's giving maximum effort, and he's always trying weird moves in there. But that's how he was winning fights too. That is Anderson, and now Anderson is losing. The Anderson that fights conventional may not exist.

He can get outstruck, outgrappled, knocked down, subbed, KTFO and his fans still don't feel like he really lost.

    Yeah, it's weird.

starting slow is 1 thing- getting dropped, almost stopped, and then beaten up on the ground for 3 minutes by a guy who already KTFO you is something entirely different though.

but whatever fits your agenda man. it's al good.

Thank you for an actually articulate reply, hard to come by around here. See what you are saying, but he seems just too hesitant these days , I really think he could have put Bisbing away in the latter rounds and I really cannot give Weidman any credit for that broken shin, that's really some shitty luck.

It definitely felt like it in the second round when he got put on his ass and pounded on.

Also felt like he was getting a superior ass beating in the Chael fight, which is what made the come from behind win so special.

    That is called being delusional.

Clowning is part of his game. That is what he used to try to frustrate opponents so that he can counter.

Weidman was beating him soundly in both fights before the stoppage.

Bisping clearly won 3 out of 5 rounds against him tonight including the 1st 2 rounds in where he rocked him in both rounds
