210 and 5'7'?Lose weight. If you're really 210 and 5'7" as someone above mentioned, you're gonna look chonky no matter what you do. You're like 45-60lbs heavier than you should be at that height. Regardless of if it's fat or muscle, your face is gonna be moon shaped.
For real. I'm 5'10" and if I'm over 180 I got fat kid face. I don't lose the round face until I'm down into the low 170s really. This guy is shorter and heavier, it's gonna be rough if he wants to have a thinner face. Also, some of us just got round ass heads. I’ve been posting jokes the whole weekend, but this take is garbage and I have to respond sincerelyAlot of people don't realize that it doesn't matter if it is fat or muscle mass that is gained: the bloating in the face will be the same. More muscle means more water retention; more water retention means more bloating. There are three ways to not have a bloated face:
1) Really robust facial bone structure that looks good even with excess weight. This is uncommon.
2) Go on a weight cut and dehydrate yourself. This is unhealthy.
3) Have a low BMI - that is, both low fat and low muscle mass. Think a tennis players' or soccer players' build. This is healthy.
Why I agree with most of what you said “ late teens and early twenties “ as being only girls that matter is frankly your opinion I agree, but its short sighted . Women in thirties and forties are more attractive to me than teens and early twenties . Why not late twenties ?! Older women if they say in shape tend to be better fucks, play Less games , and can me more financially stable. Yes there may be kids involved but you can choose whether to date a chick like that or not, nobody has a gun to your head. Now I get some men want a woman who’s in her late teens and early twenties to bare their kids and to that I say , don’t do it. If I recall, the opening poster mentioned once that he weights 210 pounds at 5'7''. Whether that is muscle, fat, or some combination of both, his face will likely have some bloating at that weight for that frame. If he has a very robust frame with very robust jaw and head structure he probably looks fine even with the bloating; but anything less and he will look like shit.
That is the mistake so many men make as well, trying to lift a ton of weights to "look better", when all it usually does is make them look bloated. Meanwhile, the girls that matter - that is, attractive girls in their late teens and early twenties - are really only attracted to men with skinny bodies and skinny faces (with the exception of the occasional man with very gifted and robust facial structure who can get away with having more mass and still look good).
