What is a man to do? I’ve sealed up my windows to control allergies.. sleep is 5 hours.. don’t use cleansers or any of that shit… sodium is around the daily average

Go on a proper diet, workout, sleep more, close your mouth, and breathe through your nose.

I don't know what any of these words mean but the answer is a clean diet and moving heavy things.

"Moving heavy things" might just make it worse. More muscle means more water; more water means more bloating. If I recall, the opening poster mentioned once that he weights 210 pounds at 5'7''. Whether that is muscle, fat, or some combination of both, his face will likely have some bloating at that weight for that frame. If he has a very robust frame with very robust jaw and head structure he probably looks fine even with the bloating; but anything less and he will look like shit.

That is the mistake so many men make as well, trying to lift a ton of weights to "look better", when all it usually does is make them look bloated. Meanwhile, the girls that matter - that is, attractive girls in their late teens and early twenties - are really only attracted to men with skinny bodies and skinny faces (with the exception of the occasional man with very gifted and robust facial structure who can get away with having more mass and still look good).

Most of us don’t have “it”. But I was called handsome a lot when I was skinny.. now I command more attention because of my physique but my face is dogshit

I have more of a babyface so fairly handsome when I lean out.

I need to unlock that through some combination of leaning out, eating healthy, and adding more cardio.

And then I’m going to add 20 more pounds of muscle after that

How about this: just be happy with what you are. Stop trying to "build a body", and just be your body. Eat when you are hungry; sleep when you are tired; and exercise when you have excess energy. Chances are, you will lose a bit of muscle and a bit of fat, and you will look and feel how you are supposed to look and feel.

But on a serious note - I don’t lose muscle or strength. That’s not something that I would ever allow
