Istanbul Nightclub shooting

"Gunmen have attacked a night club in Istanbul, reportedly injuring scores of people, Turkish channel NTV reports. Footage shows armored police vehicles surrounding the building as ambulances are rushed to the scene.
The attack took place at the well-known Reina nightclub in the Ortakoy neighborhood, in Istanbul’s Besiktas district.

There were two attackers involved, according to NTV, but conflicting reports also described a lone gunman.

The gunmen were dressed in Santa Claus outfits, wielding “long barrel guns,” Turkish media said.

The attackers opened fire on clubgoers, injuring many of them. One of the gunmen has reportedly hidden inside the club, while the whereabouts of the second one were not immediately clear.

Emergency crews have been evacuating injured people from the building as police search the area."

Either planned by the Turkish president to justify more crackdowns or revenge killings by those who oppose him. Turkey is basically in a civil war. Not good for a country that made lots of money on tourism.
