They definitely won’t attack now once they learn the head of counter terrorism is a 22 year old dude whose work experience includes cutting grass and bagging groceries. Bag Boys are notoriously tough guys.RE: Being worried about Iranian infiltrators in the US, if any of the US' enemies have learned anything over the last few decades, it should be that attacking American civilians, particularly on the homeland, is a terrible idea. That merely galvanizes the US populace against whoever conducted the attack and allows the US war machine to operate with nigh impunity and for the propaganda to be met with much less skepticism. You have to expose the regime, the war machine, act strategically and defensively, NOT conduct terrorism against people who likely to oppose your destruction/invasion and their own government's foreign policy.
If this makes sense to me then surely Iranian leadership knows this. You go Art of War, you don't take on a more powerful, aggressive foe who is looking for a fight head on and you don't do things to turn their citizens against you. The American public played a big part in breaking the back of the Vietnam War. The US needs to be on guard for terrorism obviously - we piss off a lot of people - but I think any state would be smart enough to oppose us more like China does, in soft, forward thinking ways and not directly militarily nor with terrorism.
The Iranian regime seems to understand this given their measured responses to US and Israeli aggression. The hubris and arrogance of US leadership may be playing into their hands. We've been largely untouchable but as time drags on I don't think that will last, for a number of reasons. I think American hegemony has already begun breaking down.
The internet also helps though as we can see, there are people who will find excuses for anything based on ideology, and others who simply don't pay attention or have much historical knowledge but have strong opinions regardless. Still others who don't want to acknowledge that yes, the Democrats over the decades have helped set the framework for the GOP and someone like Trump to attain power, he didn't materialize out of another dimension and he didn't create the tools at his disposal.
Trump, the smartest, the greatest, the most fantastic, the best, the most orangest president of all time.
Apparently closure of the strait would more negatively impact China than America so it’s not absurd to involve them. However, everyone should fill up their tanks ASAP.
Looks like Bibi has another mission for Trump:
When gas is $7 a gallon are the trumpers gonna put "i did this" stickers of Trump on the pumps like they did with biden?Selective closure bro. They can just block all the Western ships and let the Chinese, Indian, and Russian ones go through. Welcome to oil embargo 2.0.
What do you mean "you dumbasses?" You don't seem to be responding to my post. Did you send to wrong poster?Nope. Just you dumbasses.

enact change in as many regimes as possible, thats the long term foreign strategyAside from playing perpetual bottom to Israel, what is Americas long term foreign strategy?
I mean, obviously Trump doesn’t have one — but what should it be?

So your strategy is to wait until they've already finished making usable nukes and icbms and then we can act once they're nuclear armed? You've posted around at least 10 times that the IAEA reported they were weeks away from a bomb more than a month ago. "What could that possibly mean?"
Apparently it meant that they still hadn't made a bomb.
I actually meant Israel, so you were correct.IIRC Trump took $300 million from Miriam Adelson and her late husband, plus his actions in his first time were very pro-Israel
Edit: I didn't realiz the I was for Iran, I was thinking Israel
IMO more cooperation and soft power, kinda like China (not that they're perfect by any means but their foreign policy is much more forward thinking and less hostile and gangster than ours). Avoid wars. Elevate and uplift every nation possible and encourage independence and unity. Uphold the ideals we claim to care about. Be the "global force for good". Walk softly but carry a big stick instead of making deals "they can't refuse". Abide by international law. This will, in the long term, mean a multipolar world.Aside from playing perpetual bottom to Israel, what is Americas long term foreign strategy?

Make Israel greater
