ISKA's Continued Support of GLORY is Now in Question

Anyone know how stringent WAKO is with drug testing?
WAKO, WKN and ISKA, all have promoted in Romania and none forced any promotion to provide drug tests. Only if the promotions have wanted by themselves. It happens the same all over Europe.

Drug testing is Glory`s smallest problem right now in my opinion. They seem desperate to make at least some money if they throw four big fighters in the ring without an audience. It is no secret that the live audience brings the real money, not fightpass cards. The fact that they decided to go for it anyway it is a sign that they are desperate for some revenues. Initially I presumed that Badr`s ego would be hurt by such a decision, but he seemed ok with it, even more, he encouraged it.

Can someone explain the point of the sanctioning body? Doesn't the state/country have athletic commissions to sanction the fights? What legal authority do they have?

Someone else can probably explain in more detail, but the athletic commission is more of a US thing. They don't have that throughout Europe.

Who regulates sports in Europe? Legally speaking.

If Glory officially collapses, where do you see the top Kickboxers going? Are OneFC and Bellator the best options, or is there another Kickboxing company out there that could scoop all of these guys up?

Bellator is not an option, some would rather fight in Romania. Probably Enfusion in the Netherlands would also acquire fighters. Many will probably switch for MMA and boxing. If Superkombat don"t return, because Irimia was talking about several planned events after finishing his film industry business... If he gets the Eurosport contract again!

Bellator is not a serious kickboxing promotion, they don"t pay such big MMA purses and certainly don"t want to pay even average their kickboxers. They co-promoted with some local promotions in Europe, mainly Italy.

Bellator Kickboxing have held 4 events per year, in 2019 only 1 event.

China could also be an option. In Europe, many promotions have died, only Enfusion in the Netherlands and Dynamite Fighting Show and Colosseum Tournament in Romania produce shows regularly (OSS Fighters also have money but only organize a few events per year like Bellator).

So One Championship (which can"t acquire so many), China, Enfusion in the Netherlands and the Romanian promotions. The lowest weight classes could also fight in Japan. Surely in these conditions they will accept lower purses.

People need to, just like Bellator has, forget that Bellakick was ever a thing.
