Zabit is literally great at everything,on feet, he got good boxing,good speed and power,good at range and in fighting,good timing,great spinning shit/kicks.his grappling is good as his striking,he got good tdd,great wrestling and great submission,he can submit you at any positions.obviously he need to fight higher rank opponent to prove himself more but from what we’ve seen from,he’s likely the one that’s going to surpass Mighty Mouse in terms of skills

He is 27, and nowhere near a title shot. This is a problem he needs to resolve by the end of this year.

Way too soon to tell, he's 27 so his time to show us against top talent is now, but when MM was 23 years old he was good enough to go toe to toe with a HoF like Cruz even with a significant size disadvantage. No way he's gonna be able to make 145lbs for more than a few years, interested to see him at 155lbs tbh.

He's 27, not 37...haha He's only had 2 fights in the ufc so far...after he eliminates the guy in his next fight, which will be in a couple of weeks, he'll probably get a ranked guy...

What recent MMA has shown us is that being phenomenal at one thing is better than being great at all things: Conor's striking, Khabib's grappling, Ortega's BJJ, DC's wrestling, etc.

He came to the UFC with no buzz. He has no buzz after two fights in. He is not the typical Western European who speaks English.

So many hurdles to jump and he is already 27. Doesn't look too good for him, unless he can fight 4 times this year and create a buzz with every performance.

I agree...but you can normally tell, which fighters are going to do well...Those of us who have been watching mma for years can see it. Take other certain prospects like mike perry...I knew, after seeing only 2 of his fights, I knew right away he wasn't going to be a top ranked fighter...the guy takes way too many shots...he's a plodding, slow, always looking for that 1 big punch...tank abbot 2.0. sage northcutt...Once I saw him get tagged and submitted early in his ufc fights..I knew right then, he wasn't going to be a top fighter...at least not anytime soon...He lacks the toughness and heart. plus he can't seem to take a shot and gets taken down way too easy...Paige van zant, i was never impressed with...

Justin Gaetche..I knew from watching his fights before the ufc, that he would be an exciting fighter, but he gets hit way too much...he's a brawler...guys like that will never be champions...or even top 3.

As far as zabit goes...I get the same feeling as when I first watch conor fight...but with zabit, he has the ground game to go with his striking.. but I do wanna see him go against better fighters to know for sure.

Well, everyone here seems to know him...I've been on other mma sites also...they all seem to know him. I don't think it's going to take all that long for him to get top ranked guys...Once he's on a main card, he will become more main stream...he's already the biggest favorite of any fighter on the ufc 223 card...so his name is getting out there.
