Is USADA Going to Influence Fighters to Sign Outside the UFC?

If you think about it, most fighters are on PEDs and USADA puts them a huge risk of a 2-3 year ban. That would effectively end most fighters' careers. Accordingly, fighters should factor that risk into the amount of money that the UFC is paying them.

So, if fighters are rational, shouldn't that mean that, given equal pay, fighters should fight outside the UFC unless the UFC compensates them for the extra risk?

If he didn't like jones, the hit-and-run was the perfect time to spite him. Instead, he was in line to get back the title he was stripped of with a year. I just can't see Dana saying "fuck Jon, let's turn UFC 200 on its head at the eleventh hour."
