Do you think the UFC offered more or less $ to Diaz to fight GSP this time around?
(UFC 137's offer or UFC 158?)

He just lost, so I am sure it is less.

Probably about the same. I wonder what will happen when/if Diaz loses though.

im sure its comparable maybe somewhat less just bc the fight is still a huge draw and his last loss was controversial against a guy who gave gsp a great tussle.

probably a tidbit less. I'm sure they have a clause in there that attendance to media events is required

Probably a little less but not by much. It's a fight GSP wants and that sparks the fans interest. I think if he plays the game and if he wins there will be some bonuses that will more than make up for the initial loss.

I bet its the same. Last thing UFC wants is Diaz griping about his pay instead of talking crap. UFC has so much more to lose/gain than a $25-$50k (assumption) pay cut. Actually, I'd go with more.

Maybe they gave him a deal he couldn't refuse: 100k to show up, 1000k win bonus. Dana would save a ton of money that way!

Less I'd imagine after the Condit loss.
