Is UFC 196 the first time a title fight is not the main event?

Is Holly Holm vs. Miesha Tate the first title fight that was the co-main and the main event is a non-title fight?

It's not because of McGregor, just sexism.

Why make Conor & Nate a 3 round fight when one of them is a champion? Is it that hard to understand? They won't get as much buys if its billed as Holm vs. Tate. Tate is a boring fighter.

I thought tito vs cote was a title fight? If I recall correctly cote was a late replacement but it was still a title fight.
Edit: I was way fucking wrong, not sure what I was thinking
