Is Tj Grant ever coming back again?

working in alberta is the easiest way for a blue collar guy to make money in north america.

All you have to do is show up, and you can make 6 figures.

I went from wondering if TJ is coming back to wondering if Canada does or does not have oil rigs.

First: Canada does not have oil rigs, they have oil refineries in the Alberta Oil Sands.

Second: While it is a dirty job with long hours its is the easiest job ever.

I know its the easiest job ever because I have been doing it for the last 10 years. The lifestyle change is not huge especially when you are not training anyway. Its quick easy money.

I don't know who is giving you information on the job but they are extremely exaggerating it.

Also, pretty sure TJ is still in Nova Scotia recovering. I don't believe he is working there. I would need to see pictures or a source that he is. I just don't believe it.

I am a HUGE TJ fan. Hope he comes back soon.

What're you doing, service? Drilling? Rod rig? I'm genuinely interested. I'm in the patch, and I've worked on service rigs, and I call bullshit, easiest job in the world my ass (unless you're a push, foreman, consultant, etc), 80% of the people I know wouldn't cut it on a rig in these parts. Sure you get used to it and it becomes routine, but the hrs are retarded, the work is dirty and it's still hard work. So enlighten me please. Also, "easiest way" to make money, sure, I make a good amount of money, but I work for it. Anywhere from 150-200 hours every two weeks pays, but it's far from "easy". Atleast what I do. Some jobs in the patch are stupidly easy I can agree.

If TJ's concussion issues are bad enough to keep him out this long, I hope he retires.. All the best to him

TJ's seriously working on the rigs in berta? I heard he was starting to do a bit more training back home.

i heard TJ is still recovering from the head trauma using oil-treatment. he covers himself in oil now. here is a recent picture

TJ Grant is actually working in the circus in Ontario with a friend of mine.

TJ Grant's uncle is the owner of the circus and TJ works on it.

They make little money, and it's extremely hard work..

First off... if he's out in bum fuck Ontario working on a circus, I highly doubt he's coming back, and if he does, I doubt he's a serious contender again... it's a huge life style change..

Secondly, I can't believe some guy who was supposed to fight for the title, and was a top notch fighter, is forced to work a job like on a circus. if you want to talk about fighter pay, there it is. A guy who was going to fight for the title, is working quite possibly the dirtiest, most difficult, longest hour job Canada has to offer.

I was going to make a thread about TJ working on the circus a few weeks ago but forgot, so there it is.

Lmfao

Yes I shall edit my statement. I don't know what I was thinking really. There are rigs in Canada but they are more rare are they not and further up North? I was wrong, admittedly working in the sands for 10 years skewed my brain I suppose.

The jobs I was talking about are in the Alberta Oil Sands. Suncor, Syncrude, Albian etc. My hours were stupid as well. 14-15 hours per day, 24 days before a day off. Rinse repeat.

I was a scaffolder. I worked for sure but it was anything from difficult. Long hours was the hardest part, and being away from home for months at a time. But I would put up with those hours any day over 8 hours for 4 days per week in a Call Center any day.

Literally everything the guy said is bullshit.. lol @ no rigs, and lol @ the easiest job ever.

TJ Grant IS IS IS IS working on an oil rig in northen alberta.

What that kid said about him seeing Sidney Crosby's concussion specialist is also true but a long time ago. Apparently the UFC isn't paying for the high level treatment at this point since he's been out so long.

oil rig the easiest job ever.. that's wonderful
