Skip to 11:58 to see what im talking about (or watch this awesome fight in a whole)

Not only did he put alot of pressure on Lullo and making it seem like it's all his fault he was losing the fight, but he gave no technical advise whatsoever.

Anymore examples of bad corners like this?

BJ Penn's corner.

"Go Hilo style on him!"

"You won the first two rounds, you can coast this round!”

Rodrigo Damm didn't even have a corner for his last fight

Also, Penn, or anybody else who says "you have to hit him!".

Mark Coleman as much as I like him when it comes to cornering basically just asks as a megaphone for the head cornerman since he's loud as fuck and repeats what they say. Or he just yells "CMON KEV!!"

Meisha Tate, right?

Dishonorable mention , in Boxing during the Algieri/Pacquiao bout Chris Algieri's corner claimed that he was about to let Chris out of the Cage , as he said that Pacman lands a heavy shot that nearly takes Algieri's head off

Baroni was in Coleman's corner for the second Shogun fight and just kept screaming "You're the man! You're the man! You're a fuckin' legend!" in the corner. In his defense, though, Coleman was so gassed by the end of the first that probably had as much of a benefit as any technical advice would.

fuck his speed - BJ Penn corner

goddammit, goddammit.... goddammit - unknown boxing corner

gsp- take him down, hold him

Kenny Florian in the Aldo fight. They were screaming the whole time and telling him to run away from Aldo.

DCs corner to tell him to go for the takedown in the fifth round when he was clearly behind in the scorecards, was gassing and struggling to get any takedown on jones was pretty god damn stupid. He needed a ko

there was nothing you could have told that guy that would have resulted in the third round going any differently. buddy was way overmatched
