I know very little about striking, I was wondered if this is considered good.

Slightly better then the KKK Muay Thai video, but no it's not good. His boxing looks ok but MT is garbage. On every kick his instep is hitting the pads and it should be all shin. Plus I've never seen someone do a leaping round kick in MT. Seems like a good way to get swept.
