Hey there I wasn't to compete in mma in the future I just started a few weeks ago is this a good schedule? Monday wens and fri is no gi BJJ and Tuesday and Thursday is mma class. I train at a quality gym too.
You need to post this in the Main Forum. The Logs are a place to record your training, rather than ask what training you should be doing. Also, you need to provide details about your Strength and Conditioning training if you want our advice. If you wish advice on MMA/BJJ, there's a separate Grappling Forum for that.
