Can someone please tell me if this rivals glove are fake or real

I'd hazard a guess and say they're probably real. They're an older model which Rival don't sell anymore (as far as I know), and also one of the slightly cheaper lines, so I can't see there being much money in anyone making fake versions.

I haven't owned those gloves before though. Best way to know for sure is probably just to fire an email over to Rival themselves.
